We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team at Bill Collins Ford Lincoln. As a key member of our dealership, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and supporting our sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing parts
  • Issue parts and accessories to mechanics from the parts counter
  • Utilize phone and internet to source best prices for parts
  • Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the parts counter
  • Maintain customer back order file and master parts and price book
  • Receive original and duplicate copies of repair orders and place in order file
Requirements:
  • Automotive background and/or dealership experience required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, good work ethic, and team player
  • CDK/ADP experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
