**Job Summary**

As a Warehouse Worker at Spherion, you will be responsible for selecting items based on order invoices and moving them to a location for packing. You will also arrange items in shipping containers, labeling and boxing them, and stacking them safely and securely. Additionally, you will check items for damage and perform quality control assessments, scan barcodes to record activity, and move and sort goods and materials, including packages to the correct location for shipping. You will also use forklifts, pallet wrappers, and dolly loaders to perform your duties.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Select items based on order invoices and move them to a location for packing

* Check items for damage and perform quality control assessments
* Scan barcodes to record activity
* Move and sort goods and materials, including packages to the correct location for shipping

**Requirements**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Basic math skills and ability to count accurately
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
