Mitigation Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Damage Restoration Expert to join our team at Tri State Restorations, LLC. As a leading disaster recovery specialist in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area, we specialize in mitigating, remediating, removing, cleaning up, and restoring large commercial water, fire, mold, biohazard & trauma property losses.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize IICRC standard operating procedures to clean, mitigate and restore our clients' properties after a water, fire or sewage loss.
• Perform cleaning & disinfection services according to industry standards.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call emergency service schedule rotation.

Requirements:

• MUST have 2 years (minimum) qualified experience in the field of disaster recovery and/or construction.
• MUST be able to use Company's job management system on iPad or phone.
• MUST pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• MUST have a clean driving record and active driver's license.
• MUST have excellent communication skills.
• MUST have strong customer service skills.
• BONUS: Proficient in water mitigation protocol and visual inspection best practices.
• BONUS: Holds Industry certifications from IICRC & RIA (WRT, AMRT, CR, CCT, FSRT, TCST, CPT, OCT, ASD).
• BONUS: Currently maintains EPA Lead Renovator certification.
