Microbiological Research Scientist

At ClinLab Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Microbiological Research Scientist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic company.

We are offering a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.

• This role will involve performing microbiological testing and examination according to valid procedures, such as bioburden, endotoxin, sterility, growth promotion, and environmental monitoring.
• The successful candidate will execute method validations for medical device and non-medical device for bioburden and sterilization according to ISO standards.
• You will assist in the development and implementation of processes and facility monitoring to ensure effective contamination control strategies are established.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in microbiology or related field.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in GMP-controlled laboratory environment.
