Houseperson Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Houseperson Associate to join our team at Avion Hospitality. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our public areas.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain public areas, including floors, carpets, and furniture, to hotel standards.
• Ensure that all public restrooms are clean and well-maintained throughout the shift.
• Handle luggage assistance requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Practice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests, fellow associates, and self.
• Turn in all keys and assignment sheets to the Housekeeping or Front Office at the end of the shift.
• Complete daily assignment checklists and submit to supervisors.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.

Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
