About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team at Kingman Regional Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a full range of Physical Therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, in an interdisciplinary environment.
  • Use AIDET and perform hand hygiene to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and provide patient and/or family education to help achieve goals.
  • Document course of patient care, including progress and continuing need for treatment.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure patient continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Graduate with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Current PT License through the AZ Board of Physical Therapy.
  • Valid Driver's License, with the ability to travel to patient homes.
  • BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, within 20 days of hire.
  • Recent experience working with an adult and geriatric population.
