Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing in-depth financial assessments, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Collaborating with the IT department to monitor and project expenses related to departmental activities.
- Preparing and disseminating monthly reports that highlight significant trends, insights, and recommendations.
- Working alongside various departments to collect relevant financial data, ensuring data integrity, and developing precise forecasts and budgets.
- Assisting in the formulation of long-term financial strategies, including capital expenditure planning and resource allocation.
- Providing senior management with financial insights to propel strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Evaluating financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and offering actionable recommendations for enhancement.
- Partnering with the Accounting team to guarantee data consistency for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning software (experience with Prophix is advantageous).
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and ERP systems is preferred.
- The ability to interpret complex financial data and convert it into actionable insights.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is between $80,000 and $85,000 annually, depending on various factors such as education, experience, and specific job duties. Benefits offered may include medical and pharmacy coverage, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), health savings accounts, life insurance, and other types of paid leave.
