**Job Description:**

As a server associate at Sage Hospitality's Peregrin, you will provide prompt and courteous food service to restaurant customers under general supervision.

Your responsibilities will include greeting and taking food and drink orders, serving the orders, and accommodating special needs/requests. You will remain attentive to customers throughout the entire dining experience, adhering to or exceeding service standards established by the restaurant.

You will also complete all restocking and cleaning duties, memorize menu items, recipes, and daily specials, and maintain cleanliness standards in the restaurant, waitstation, and kitchen service area.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you must have basic knowledge of customer service principles, the food server function, and restaurant and kitchen operations.

You must know standard cash-handling procedures, be fluent in oral and written English, and have vision ability to clearly see detailed guest checks, computer print outs, and written instructions.

**Physical Demands:**

The physical demands of this role include lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, and fingering throughout the shift.

You must have moderate hearing to hear customers, supervisors, and communicate with other staff, and excellent vision to see that product is prepared appropriately.
