Job Description

We are looking for a Branch Ambassador to join our team at Neighborhood Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional member experiences and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with members.
  • Advocate for digital channels and educate members on their ease of use.
  • Maintain accurate records and balance transactions at the end of each business day.

Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.

Salary Range: $42,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience.
