  • Stakeholder Relations:
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the CEO, board of directors, and executive team, to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, such as investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities, to maintain trust and transparency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven track record of success in financial management and strategic planning, preferably within the SaaS industry or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data to inform decision-making.
  • Experience implementing a framework or playbook for unit economics and its correlation to value creation within a SaaS business model.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and proactively address challenges and opportunities.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, financial reporting standards, and HR principles and best practices.
  • Experience with financial systems and software, preferably ERP and BI tools.
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • Desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $280,000 - $320,000 per year. FRONTSTEPS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-sponsored life insurance, voluntary short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance, FSA/HSA, paid time off, sick time, internet reimbursement, and a 401k match.
