Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems for our advanced aircraft engines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical design with thermal, aero, and systems design.
  • Communicate design risks and opportunities to stakeholders to drive collective decision-making.
  • Develop innovative solutions to meet design objectives and improve overall system performance.
  • Complete design reviews, drawing releases, and quality requirements to ensure high-quality designs.
  • Identify areas for technology advancements and recommend approaches to implement them.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering for aerospace propulsion systems.
