We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Regency On The Lake. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for providing clinical assessments, planning diets, and overseeing food operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee food purchasing and inventory management within budget
  • Provide technical guidance on diet planning, menu formulation, and food preparation
  • Ensure meals are nutritious, palatable, and served in a timely manner
  • Interview guests and family members to obtain diet history
  • Complete dietary portions of clinical records accurately and timely
  • Participate in department head meetings and interdisciplinary care plan meetings
Requirements:
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Serve Safe certification
  • 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience preferred
