- Communication: Facilitate communication between design teams, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design and construction activities.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular design reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and client expectations.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and innovative design culture within the organization, promoting continuous improvement and excellence in design execution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including design revisions, correspondence, and approvals, to support project transparency and accountability.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in design build and preconstruction.
- Skills: Proven experience as a design project manager in the construction industry, with a strong track record of successful project delivery. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
