Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Housekeeping Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize all areas, including rooms, public spaces, and common areas, to meet or exceed company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
- Create and manage daily cleaning schedules and records, including tracking serviced rooms and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain and repair housekeeping equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance.
- Report any safety concerns, security issues, or damage to property to management in a timely manner.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently, escalating situations to management when necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report any discrepancies to management.
- Familiarize yourself with and comply with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service orientation.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and maintain a clean and efficient environment.
- Proficiency in English language and basic math skills.
- High school degree or equivalent required.
