**Job Summary**

ProMedica is seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to maintain the safety and security of our hospital property. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of employees, patients, and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring hospital property and responding to incidents.
  • Enforce hospital policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Collaborate with hospital departments to resolve security-related issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on security best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Associate's degree in security or a related field, or two years of experience in security.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Physical fitness to perform job duties.
