We're a leading provider of pediatric services in Colorado, and we're on a mission to create a culture of collaboration and FUN. As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a key role in helping children learn new skills and overcome barriers to independence.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to implement personalized ABA programs and interventions. You'll teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, collect accurate data on client behaviors, and maintain session notes using a tablet device.

  • Guaranteed 30 hours paid per week for RBTs
  • Hourly pay rate remains consistent through schedule changes
  • Constant line of communication with your team and supervising BCBA
  • Full training support, including certification exam and compensation for training time

Compensation and Benefits
  • $18.50-$23/hour based on experience
  • Bonus opportunities each month around attendance and note completion
  • Equal pay for billed and non-billed hours
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • RBT Certification
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to engage in activities such as kneeling, squatting, transitioning between standing and floor positions, bending, stooping, lifting up to 50lbs, executing lateral and backward pivots or shuffles, running distances up to 100ft, and standing for at least 15 minutes
