Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented individuals to fulfill the role of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute specific resident care tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Respond to call lights and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.
  • Support the implementation of resident activities.
  • Maintain accurate resident care records during each shift.
  • Ensure a pleasant and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Act in accordance with emergency protocols and procedures.
  • Adhere to all policies related to Infection Control and safety regulations.
  • Foster an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity throughout the facility.

Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of a certified nurse aide program.
  • CNA certification must be valid and in good standing.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience as a certified nurse aide.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a diverse group of residents, visitors, and staff.
  • Good writing and oral communication abilities.
  • Capability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work with a mature resident population, fostering a warm and supportive environment.
