About the Role:
As a licensed therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients, providing individual, couples, and family counseling services. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals and contribute to the growth and development of our practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality counseling services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy
- Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, working with them to achieve their mental health goals
- Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of our practice
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mental health therapy
Requirements:
- Clear and active LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts
- Experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families
- Experience with health psychology and working with clients with complex mental health needs
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients
