Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive compensation package including commission and bonus incentives.

Job Description

  • Achieve sales growth and hit targets by effectively managing the sales team and implementing successful strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives to ensure they meet their objectives and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Present reports and forecasts to the management team, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Prospect leads through various channels, including calling, texting, emailing, and engaging with potential members at local events or studio walk-ins.
  • Act as a producing salesperson, touring and onboarding new prospects, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle member issues professionally and objectively, resolving them through exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with general managers to improve gym programs and services, enhancing the overall member experience.
  • Support the front desk by greeting members, answering phones, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist as the manager on duty as needed, ensuring the gym runs smoothly and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or sales management, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise, with a passion for health and fitness.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends.
