Role Overview

As a Room Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of guest accommodations while delivering exceptional service. Your tasks will include:

  • Thoroughly cleaning assigned guest rooms, which encompasses making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming.
  • Changing and replenishing linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
  • Conducting deep cleaning tasks as necessary to maintain high standards.
  • Managing and restocking the housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.
  • Properly disposing of waste and recyclables.
  • Responding promptly and courteously to special requests from guests.
  • Providing evening turn-down service when needed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess at least six months of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector. A basic understanding of the English language is essential for effective communication with guests and for following instructions. Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for morning or evening shifts, is required.
