Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, monitor patients' conditions, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- RN license and current BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience, with a strong focus on critical care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
