Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing and assisting with both routine and specialized diagnostic and therapeutic interventional radiology procedures.
  • Maintaining operational efficiency and maximizing patient throughput.
  • Scrubbing in and assisting the physician during procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
  • Positioning patients and selecting appropriate radiation exposure parameters.
  • Ensuring compliance with all radiation safety protocols and patient safety measures.
Qualifications

Mandatory:

  • Valid California License
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Inpatient and Outpatient Angiography settings
  • BLS Certification
  • ARRT Certification
  • California Fluoroscopy Permit

Preferred:

  • ARRT Advanced Certificate
  • Experience in Level I Trauma Centers
  • Proficiency in trauma, stroke, neuro, and CT procedures
Additional Information

The position requires taking call on a rotational basis. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts. Day off may rotate, and there may be opportunities for floating between shifts.
