Role: Dining Service Associate

  • Provide exceptional service to residents and their guests by greeting them warmly, taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service, and effectively communicate menu information to residents.
  • Contribute to a caring and compassionate atmosphere that recognizes the individual needs and rights of our residents.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a senior living setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

  • Must be physically able to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
