Automotive Flat Rate Technician
About the Company:Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, a leading automotive dealership, is seeking an experienced Automotive Flat Rate Technician to join our team.

Job Description:As an Automotive Flat Rate Technician at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements, correcting vehicle deficiencies, making adjustments and alignments, and keeping records.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests, identifying worn and damaged parts.
- Keeps equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules, installing component and part upgrades, controlling corrosion, and completing winterization procedures.
- Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems.
- Verifies vehicle performance by conducting test drives, adjusting controls and systems.
- Maintains vehicle records by annotating services and repairs.
