Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Per Diem State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team, providing patient care in and around the Canfield Area. This is a Per Diem position, offering support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to patients, following a carefully crafted plan of care to ensure their comfort and well-being.
  • Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing.
  • Emphasize exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
  • Provide support for families, sharing knowledge and expertise to guide and support them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, adhering to agency and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Must be a graduate of a State-approved STNA program and hold current unencumbered certificate in the state working as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA).
  • Minimum one (1) year experience as a STNA in an acute care or LTC setting preferred. Hospice experience a plus.
  • Possess and maintains current CPR certification if state-mandated.
