Leasing Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Associate to join our team at Aaron's Fairway Leasing LLC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers on the showroom floor, processing payments, and maintaining the appearance and organization of the customer transaction counter. You will also assist in the maintenance of the showroom, input customer information for new lease agreements, update customer information and account statuses, answer incoming phone calls, meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals, process order forms and references, and file and maintain customer folders and customer files.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal. You should be able to work a schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm, including weekends. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and you should be able to lift up to 50 lbs without help and up to 300 lbs with the assistance of a dolly.
