The Hospitals of Providence is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Director to lead our team of healthcare professionals in El Paso, Texas.

Job Summary

The Director of Cardiac Cath Lab will be responsible for coordinating program development, assessing opportunities, and overseeing multiple cost centers/departments to achieve hospital and network objectives. This role requires a strong nursing professional with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Assess and pursue opportunities to enhance departmental performance
  • Oversee and direct multiple cost centers/departments to achieve hospital and network objectives
  • Function in an advisory capacity to develop and evaluate proposed procedural changes
  • Direct the implementation and ensure compliance with Standards of Care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, Master's degree preferred
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Valid Texas RN License (current state registration)
  • BLS certification
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a leadership/supervisory capacity
