Job Description

**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at System One. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Oracle HCM implementation by developing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of our Oracle HCM implementation.
  • Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify and report defects to the development team, and collaborate with them to resolve issues.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, business, and QA teams, to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of testing progress and results.
  • Test Data Management: Create and manage test data to support testing activities.
  • Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that changes to the system do not introduce new defects.
  • Communication and Documentation: Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders, and document testing activities and results.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in testing and validating Oracle HCM functionality.
  • Skills: Oracle HCM Fusion functionality experience, including Core HR, Benefits, LA, Payroll, Talent Management, Reports; familiarity with Oracle CEMLI/RICEW; experience in developing test cases and test plans for Oracle HCM modules.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology or Computer Science.
