About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Concierge to join our team at Bonita Bay Club. As a key member of our Lifestyle Center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our spa guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book and manage spa and salon appointments
  • Promote services and products to guests
  • Process payments and handle retail sales
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Assist with inventory controls and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Facilitate laundry of spa and salon linens
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Accuracy with accounting procedures
  • Positive and friendly personality
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stoop for extended periods
  • Lift and carry up to 20 lbs
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • Flexible with hours
