Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join E.M.A. Hospitality in a major city. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Relations:
    • Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
    • Verify guest information, process payments, and issue room keys.
    • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Support Services:
    • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
    • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their experience.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, including charges and payments.
    • Prepare daily reports and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
    • Assist with administrative duties, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Hotel Safety and Security:
    • Monitor the lobby and front desk area to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
    • Follow emergency procedures and protocols in case of incidents or emergencies.
    • Report any safety hazards or security concerns to management immediately.
