Cardiac Stepdown Nurse

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Stepdown team at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA.
This is a part-time, 24-hour per week position with a shift of 8 hours, nights. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing direct clinical patient care to patients with cardiac conditions.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provided.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- CPR certification.
