As a Weekend Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering one-to-one care, utilizing cutting-edge technology, and working collaboratively with our Virtual Care Center RNs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care in the comfort of their own homes
- Utilize advanced technology to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with our Virtual Care Center RNs to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Follow physician orders and adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as our organization's policies and procedures
- Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience
- Home healthcare experience preferred
- Strong computer and technology skills required
- Current Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to consistently demonstrate commitment to our mission and organizational code of ethics
