Position Summary

We seek exceptionally talented and innovative individuals who are passionate about our mission and technology to fill the Software Architecture position. Key Responsibilities:

This role will guide and support our product teams (both current and future) while continuously enhancing our architecture across various products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Staying abreast of emerging technologies and proposing architectural enhancements or additions to align with business objectives
  • Collaborating with product owners, operations teams, cross-department architects, and engineering managers to devise solutions for business challenges
  • Regularly assessing product technology performance and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Leading evaluations of new capabilities for technical feasibility and integration with the existing ecosystem
  • Reviewing the technical approaches and solutions of product engineering teams
  • Providing technical guidance, specifications, and documentation to product engineering teams
  • Developing technical proofs of concept in collaboration with product and engineering teams
  • Driving research and development initiatives for new product features

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in software development for high-traffic products
  • Proven experience in architecting complex user-facing SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrable expertise in designing and implementing intricate payment systems
  • Experience in integrating ERP and CRM solutions into B2C SaaS products is highly advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of distributed system design patterns with a focus on optimizing performance
  • Exceptional debugging and testing abilities, with a keen interest in rapidly learning new technologies
  • Proficient understanding of AWS (GCP knowledge is a plus)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and software development practices
  • Commitment to adhering to security, accessibility, and performance best practices
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork, and accountability skills
  • Self-motivated with effective remote communication skills
  • Aptitude for articulating complex technical issues, conducting root cause analysis, and proposing solutions.
