We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. This full-time position offers a rewarding career path with opportunities for growth and development.
SalaryEstimated salary range is $18.50-$27.59 per hour, based on experience.
About the RoleThe Nursing Assistant will provide resident-centered care and daily living assistance to assigned residents in our long-term care facility. This includes assisting with basic health care needs, such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and providing psychosocial support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and excellent customer service. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- Minimum age of 16 years old
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing or state certified CNA within four months of hire date
