Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Diagnostic Imaging Director, an MRI technologist is responsible for delivering high-quality MRI images and providing age-appropriate patient care to contribute to the efficient operation of the MRI division of the radiology department.

As the first line of interface with customers, the MRI technologist plays a crucial role in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participating in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities is also essential.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved formal program in Radiologic Technology.
  • 5 years of MRI experience with some leadership.
  • ARRT Certification in Radiography and MR.
  • Current Massachusetts License as a Radiologic Technologist (Radiography).
  • Current BLS certification.
