Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Forest City Distribution Center Operating Committee and supervise the Planning, Transportation, and Purchasing teams.
  • Determine departmental procedures to drive continuous improvements.
  • Support warehouse operations in implementing improvement activities to maximize output and minimize costs.
  • Be a key resource for implementing a new enterprise resource planning software.
  • Be on-call to support core tasks at the Forest City Distribution Center.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher, plus a minimum of 4 years of supply chain experience.
  • OR High School Diploma/GED, plus a minimum of 8 years of supply chain experience.
  • Additional qualifications: 3 years of leadership experience, lean six sigma and/or continuous improvement project experience, ability to communicate effectively, and experience using SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system (plus).
