Overview
The Albert Einstein College of Medicine is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Award Management Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing grant awards, including tracking deadlines, maintaining reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate with internal contacts, such as Research Finance, Office of Grant Support, IACUC, EH&S, and IRB, to ensure seamless integration of pre-award and post-award functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grant and contract financial management, preferably with experience in NIH-related matters. A BA/BS in business administration or a related field is required, along with minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in the pre- and/or post-award function. We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
