Some key highlights of this position include:

  • No prior dialysis experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of clinics during and after your training.
  • A flexible schedule is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
  • Work collaboratively with a positive and supportive team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop unique treatment plans for patients with complex medical needs.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment with the support of our skilled technicians.

  • A salary range of $45.00 - $63.00 per hour.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.).
  • Previous experience in ICU, Critical Care, Emergency Room, or Medical Surgical may be beneficial but is not required.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
