Earnings Potential: This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the facility's operations.
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to respond to residential service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, and appliances.
  • Ensure that any unresolved maintenance issues or concerns are reported to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs and comply with safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Experience repairing plumbing, carpentry, drywall, HVAC, and appliances.
  • Dedication to exceeding customer needs and ability to build relationships.
  • Aptitude for organization, accuracy, and thoroughness when accomplishing tasks.
  • Ability to work on-call hours and prioritize multiple demands.
