Event Cashier

At Chicken Coup, LLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Event Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our frontline staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

• Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.
• First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
• Multitasking: Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing customer needs while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, supporting each other to deliver exceptional results.
• Physical Demands: Stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and grasp for extended periods, with the ability to move and operate in confined work areas.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, adjusting to changing situations and priorities as needed.

• Food Handler's Certificate: Possess a current food handler's certificate to qualify for this position.
• Availability: Be available to work all home games and events.
