About the Role
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401K through Fidelity and Paid Time Off (PTO). Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents as assigned, in accordance with their care plans and under the direction of supervisors
- Maintain established standards of practice set forth by our administration and nursing policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
- Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
