Job Details:

  • We are seeking a full-time permanent position that requires working mostly night shifts.
  • The ideal candidate will perform history and physicals, discharge summaries, and pre-op consults on a daily basis, as well as see a mix of medical and surgical cases, excluding obstetrics.
  • A minimum of 2 years of ICU experience is required for this role, with a proven ability to work independently while also possessing strong team collaboration skills.
  • This position offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits, and support from a staff of 4 additional APPs.
  • In order to be considered for this position, candidates must have a valid VA license.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

What You Will Do:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physicals, discharge summaries, and pre-op consults.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing (Master's or Doctoral)
  • Valid VA license
  • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
