Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales results, meeting individual and branch goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle
- Present financial solutions tailored to customers' needs, ensuring a clear understanding of terms and conditions
- Educate customers on credit underwriting techniques and sales tools
- Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience; Bilingual - Spanish
