Job Description

This role is responsible for maintaining a high level of mechanical and electrical competence in troubleshooting and repairing plant production machinery, support equipment, buildings, and other systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with HAAS CNC milling & Mori Seki expertise, PLC controls knowledge, and process control and instrumentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sustain preventative maintenance schedule, perform routine inspections, troubleshoot/repair rolls, shafts, bearings, drive belts, drive chains, and gearboxes.
  • Troubleshoot and repair pumps, valves, piping systems, hydraulic cylinders & controls, pneumatic cylinders & controls.
  • Install, modify, and relocate machine equipment, perform fabrication, mechanical, electrical, electronics, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
  • Maintain specified records, logs, etc.
Education and Certifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Certifications held in relation to maintenance fields is a plus.
