Job Summary
We're seeking a Seasonal Retail Store Associate to join our team in Hanover, MD. As a Seasonal Retail Store Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive sales by engaging with customers, making product recommendations, and promoting adidas products and services.
- Maintain a high level of store appearance and operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
