Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods across the region, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods, meeting customer expectations and company standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any issues or damage to the maintenance team.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time, date, and location.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to plan routes, manage schedules, and optimize delivery times.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A-CDL license.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • 6 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past year.
  • Pass a hair follicle and urine drug screening.
Benefits
  • Average weekly gross pay of $1700-$1900.
  • Home weekends.
  • Leave out late Sunday/ Monday and back on Fridays.
  • $0.90 cpm, $240 per trailer unload pay, and $20 per stop (multiple stops daily).
  • Dedicated account/customer.
  • 100% driver hand unload trailers.
  • Carton case unload using gravity rollers.
  • 1000+ average miles weekly.
  • Running states: VA, NC, MD, WV.
  • Paid orientation and training.
