We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Tire Installation Specialist to join our team at Discount Tire. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing new tires and wheels, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, with opportunities for advancement and career growth within our company. Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.

Responsibilities
  • Install new tires and wheels on cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including tire rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field (not required but preferred)
  • Previous experience in tire installation or related field (preferably)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
