Job Description

Gwynedd Manufacturing Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Machine Maintenance Department.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for all machinery.
  • Maintain and update maintenance logs, reports, and records.
  • Communicate with vendors and service providers for parts and service quotes.
  • Handle incoming maintenance requests and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Perform data entry and assist in generating maintenance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
