Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server Assistant to join our team at Fat Calf Brasserie. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Service: Deliver food to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that each dish is presented with a smile and a friendly attitude.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our Front of House staff to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Restaurant Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of the restaurant, including the dining room, bar area, and restrooms.
Requirements
  • Previous Restaurant Experience: Required, with a preference for fine dining experience.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
