**Job Overview**

Capillary Technologies is seeking a skilled Full Stack Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and React Native.

**Salary Range:** $150,000 - $200,000 per year

**Job Description**

We are looking for a talented technologist with 5-7 years of experience in full-stack development. You will work across the full technology stack, with a primary focus on React, Node.js, and React Native, to create seamless, scalable, and robust solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and React Native.
  • Oversee and implement large software features and projects, typically spanning 3-6 months.
  • Engage in business and/or technical problem discovery, helping to unlock new opportunities and identify innovative solutions for clients.
  • Lead the technical discovery process to solve complex business and/or technical challenges.
  • Continuously iterate on engineering approaches and processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior software engineers, providing technical oversight and support.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, strategists, and data scientists, to deliver holistic solutions to client challenges.
  • Interface directly with clients to communicate progress, explain technical solutions, and gather feedback.
  • Connect your work to the broader business strategy, contributing to the overall success of the company.

**Required Skills/Abilities:**

  • 5-7 years of experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in React, Node.js, and React Native.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and related frameworks/libraries.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer science principles and software engineering best practices.
  • Proven experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software for performance and scalability.
  • Clear communication skills for reporting progress and discussing blockers.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding other engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and inspire others towards project and company goals.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across disciplines and with diverse teams.
